The General Meeting for Business Process Optimization Project was held on November 16, 2009. All company staff and the team leading the project attended the meeting.
The meeting was presided over by Mr. Shao Gang, SPFT Vice President. Mr. Yan Bing, SPFT President delivered a speech on behalf of the senior management.
In his speech, Mr. Yan emphasized on the importance of the business process optimization project and called upon all staff to provide full support to the project team. Mr. Guan Xuefeng, team leader analyzed in detail the pros and cons in the company’s current business process. He then reported the working schedule for the next step. Mr. Shao concluded the meeting by stressing again the significance of the project.
After the general meeting, all the staff gained a deeper understanding of the project, which helps pave the way for the project advancement for the next step and the ERP launch next year.
