Mr. Yan Bing, President of Sinopharm Foreign Trade on the inspection tour to the national medicine reserves.

 Ms. Sun Ying, Manager of Quality Assurance Dept., Ms. Wu Yu, Manager of Operation Management Dept., Mr. Li Zhi’ang, Manager of Logistic Management Dept. and the warehouse keeper are checking the reserved medicine.

On May 16, 2008, Mr. Yan Bing, President of Sinopharm Foreign Trade led a team to Sanjianfang GSP medicine warehouse to conduct strict inspection on the reserved medicine in terms of quantity, batch number, packing, and etc.  Other team members included Ms. Sun Ying, Manager of Quality Assurance Dept., Ms. Wu Yu, Manager of Operation Management Dept., Mr. Li Zhi’ang, Manager of Logistic Management Dept and Ms. Zhao Li, Manager of Operation Management Dept. of Pharmaceutical Division.  This inspection tour was to insure the completion of emergent allocation tasks during disaster relief.

The inspection concluded that the quantity of reserved medicine is larger than required; specifications and packing of the products all meet the demand.  Mr. Yan also required that all reserved medicine shall be stored in particular warehouse and clear warning signs shall be positioned.  Specific personnel shall be appointed to take charge of the reserved medicine so as to insure the timely and correct allocation when emergency order occurs.
